Migraine Relief

The American Migraine Foundation, Harvard Health blog, WebMD, the National Institute of Health and many other organizations have acknowledged that acupuncture is an effective treatment for migraines. Multiple randomized controlled trials have shown that acupuncture is beneficial in the treatment of acute migraine attacks and the studies suggest that acupuncture is at least as effective as prophylactic drug treatments and has fewer side effects.

In many cases, Chinese herbs are also been shown to be effective in decreasing the frequency and severity of headaches and migraines.
